Anyone remember where the "RESIST" and "RAGE" blood smears appear? I'm updating them for SHTUP and I'd like to check them out in-game, but for the life of me I can't remember where they are.

There's either a "Resist" or "Remember Citadel" one in the central Xerxes room on Med where you find the first replicator. I think.

"Resist" is in the mall, in the room outside the cinema screen with the overpriced replicator.
There's also one in the medical area (past the three turrets in a row) of the Rickenbacker's Pod 1, and another on the Ops deck, outside the mess hall.
