I have done a small amount of editing for Komags contest 6 in the TriggerScript department. As the new contest has begun, I would like to reset the TriggerScript manager to the original list of TriggerScripts. How would I accomplish this? I would prefer a more easier solution than deleting my Thief3 Editor folder and then reinstalling the Thief 3 editor again. I would also need to backup the current list of triggerscripts, so that I can start working with Contest6 after the small fm contest is over.
And when the time to finally release the mission comes, what files should I add with the .gmp (if that is indeed the way FMs will be transported)? This is assuming that I have only edited triggerscripts.

Just backup your existing triggerscript folder by renaming it and then drop an untouched triggerscript folder in its place. Not fancy but it works. ;) You can even drop the Invisible War trigger scripts in this way.

Trigger scripts seem to get included in the IBT file, but I'm not 100% sure about that. If they are not, you can check the file names of your scripts in the script manager (I think it was right click on the script name) and copy the files from the trigger script folder to \Content\T3\TriggerScript\DynamicallyLoaded\ in the game folder. They will be found.

or go to the script directory and delete any files named TS_4252.tsd or higher number.
So far though - with Townhouse and Krellick's Labyrinth - the scripts went into the ibts.

Thank you all.
And for the record, it seems that groups are stored in TriggerScripts/Organize/ScriptOrganizer.tso file.
