That looked normal to me. I skimmed through it rather than watching the whole thing, but I certainly didn't notice any abnormal dithering in the parts I watched (or any other problems, to be honest).

That's not my video, it's just a video I posted so people would know what game I'm talking about. On modern video cards, the dithering is really bad. Like I said, it's like Thief 1 & 2.

Works under Windows XP with the latest D3D or 3DFX 1.3 patch, but you need to set the .exe file to windows 2000 compatibility or it won't show the available resolutions and the menu is still slightly messed up, but works ok apart from the awful dithering. Under Windows 7, I couldn't get it to display the 1920x1080 resolution, only 1280x1024 was available. So it's best to stick with Windows XP.
