Repost? Help with Editor

If I already posted this question I appologize.... I looked but couldn't find it.

I can't figure out how to properly place a travel marker ....

I got my npc in there and made a dock and dropped in a ship.... put a test npc in a test cell.... talked to her, and the right cell is listed, and it loads fine... only problem is it drops me under the dock instead of on top of the dock.... I can't figure out how to move the marker either...

any help for an obvious newb? :)

Simple answer -

Left click and hold and move the mouse to move objects on the horizontal plane.

Right click and hold and move the mouse to rotate objects.

Hold the 'Z' key and left click and hold the mouse and move it up and down to raise and lower the object vertically.
