anyone noticed that when one of them casters summons a zombie looking thing, and it csts it burden type spell on your repeatedly, that even once the effect wears off, your stats are still in the crapper? anyone know how to fix that? annoying the hell outta me.

You'll be wanting a 'restore *attribue* potion/spell' When the bonewalkers (I believe that's the monster you're refering to) hit you, they drain your strength/endurance. Grab some potions of restore strength/endurance and you'll be fine, or learn the spell from the temple.
It's not a bug, it's supposed to happen. And a right pain in the arse it can be too... :p

Definitely. Just today I went on a rampage and totally wiped out Caldera and Ebonheart. I was fine for a while, but the Mage's Guild in Caldera really ruined my strength. Still, I managed until I got to Ebonheart. I attacked a group of mages and got my starts thoroughly beaten... Which explains why, 2 minutes later, I was almost killed by four people using bare fists. BARE FISTS! And I was weilding Umbra like a maniac.
*ahem* Yeah. Always carry some Exclusive Restore Strength, Exclusive Restore Health and Exclusive Restore Fatigue potions on you. And stay away from the bonewalkers (greater and lesser). Go for the person who cast the spell instead; once they're dead, the summoned creature disappears!

FYI If you have atleast the first patch, you can visit an imperial shrine (divine intervention) and they will restore all attributes/skills for a small fee. (Works with the Fury Sword bug as well).
Also, the restore potions might not work correctly if you have skill/attribute enhancement items equipped. Make sure you remove them before drinking the potions.
