Remove blindness on Boots of Blinding Speed?

Does anyone know how to do this? I heard something about getting some type of armour thatis 60% resist to magika but I can't seem to find that. Maybe someone knows of another way?

'Cuirass of Savior's Hide' will do the trick. It's in a 100 lock level cabinet in the same building you recieve the cure for corpse disease.

you and every one else must be stupid if you have an orc it dosent effect you. so just use a orc. its the only character that i havent had a problem with
