*I* am porting Doom 3 to Nethack. It's perfect for the job.
It can cope with at least 256 grues.

Why not use a Mac to run Bootcamp to run Windows to run Cygwin to run Wine to run Dosbox to run SS1? It would be slightly more fun.

I'd help, but I'm currently busy porting Myst to the Doom engine.

What about SS2 in the Pac Man engine? I've heard good things about that re: claustrophobic environs, short load times, and even the possible sighting of 'ghosts' caused by glitches in the early version of the military-grade cybernetic implant.

And I'm still planning to port SS2 and Thief2 to the SCUMM-engine... Hey, don't you all miss the good old point-and-click-adventures... :cheeky:
But I think I'm gonna take a break of this and first play all of your nice conversion. My, I'll have awesome time with it... :thumb:
