After a rebuild, I joyously returned to the way of Deus Ex, and all was good. I had no Deus Ex related registry entries, and yet the game worked perfectly (confirming my long held suspicions).
Now I try to install Redsun, and it's moaning about No DX. I cannot see what else it could be.
Could anyone running XP have a quick peek in their registry for me to see what little bits 'n' bytes I need to input to play this wonderous mod?

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Unreal Technology\Installed Apps\Deus Ex\
string "Version"
value "1112fm"
and
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Unreal Technology\Installed Apps\Deus Ex\
string "Folder"
value "[Your installation directory for Deus Ex]"
(HKLM = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE)
I made a file which will automatically repair both of these values (after prompting the user for the DX Install directory). The file is available here:

The file is titled DXMMAI_Installer_Fix.exe but if you know how to edit your registry manually, that will do the same thing. I had this file already made specifically to help people who had problems with the maps & mods installer I made, but it might provide the registry keys you need.

Oh, it would probaby also be a good idea to make sure your game is patched.. just double-checking here, this is only a formality. :P
