A question.
Is Paul set to invincible during the raid? I have mental picture of him dying there while I tried to defend him. Although I don't remember looking at his corpse in the hotel after I killed everyone, he did end up on the slab at the MJ base under UNATCO.

He is indestructible - however, if you follow his orders and escape out of the window, he winds up dead. If you leave the hotel by the front door, he lives. :confused:

hmmm, but I remember him dying...unless its a fluke. I left by the front door and he didn't live.

His status, living or dead, when you encounter him later at the mj12 facility is determined by how you exit the 'ton. If you leave by the window, he is dead, if you leave by the front door, he is alive.
That's the way the designers intended it.
He does have a habit of vanishing on you if you don't keep your eye on him in the 'ton.

His status at MJ12 was dead. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Paul show up later in Hong Kong if you saved him. I exited the Ton through the front doors and he still died.

Paul doesn't die, per say, but he will randomly dissappear (for me at least( if you let him go ahead and rush into the rest of the hotel without you looking after him (basically if he leaves your sight for long enough he vanishes) and then will show up alive or dead later depending on how you leave. He will not, however, actually die in front of you (like scream and fall over die).

If you leave through the front doors of the 'Ton, Paul lives. He will be alive when he's yapping away in the basement of the MJ12 facility, he will be alive when he's sitting in the chair at Tong's yapping away.
If you leave through the window, letting Paul fight it out with the troopers and MiBs while you scuttle down the fire escape, he will die and be dead at the MJ12 facility and absolutely not sitting in a chair at Tong's.
If you've been leaving the 'Ton through the front doors and finding Paul dead in the lab at the MJ12 facility, you must have got your save games mixed up is all I can think.
I've never heard of a bug like that, so it would be strange if it was just a glitch in your copy.

There is a third way. If you are 'killed' in the shoot out at the 'Ton you awake in the MJ-12 facility and Paul lives. I assume he surrenders or something...
