I just recently started replaying the old game "Dark Messiah of Might and Magic" again and for the first time I found the "Master Thief´s Outfit" that has a direct reference to Garrett:

In Dishonored, at some point during the game (in the Clockwork Mansion) Corvo (voiced by Stephen Russell) says "It's a long way down.."

King's Bounty 2 has a legendary Thief named Garrett that has stolen a priceless magical artifact "The Seal of Souls" from a tomb, sold it to people of questionable morals and now has to begrudgingly steal it back and work with the good guys (the protagonist) to prevent a City-ending scenario.
Thats a sidequest in that game.
