I was sent to protect one of the councilors and he sent me to the highfane to talk to the high priest about fulfilling the prophecies, but when I meet him he doesn't say anything about it. It seems like the dialogue for this quest hasn't triggered for some reason. Has anybody else had this problem?
Just incase this might be important let me add that I've already killed Dagoth Ur and I've also installed BloodMoon too.

That sounds like a bug, since you've already fulfilled the prophecies by killing Dagoth Ur. Maybe try talking to the quest giver again. Either that, or some helpful soul will pop in here with a console command to update your journal.

Don't worry about it. Sarethi has the same dialogue thing that almost all major charachters have after you're Hortator and Nerevarine. Just go back to Sarethi. Since you now have his journal entry of concern, he won't say the blurb to you again, and you can continue the Redoran quest line.
