This is really two questions, first is are there any good constant effect enchatments to put on Pauldrons? They have so few points.

My other question is another problem I'm having with the quests. This time I've done everything to become Archmaster of house Redoran. I've done the quests and I meet the skill/stat requirements. When I talk to the guy he say your Already a concleman and the Hortotor so there's no reason not to make you Archmaster but I don't gain the promotion everyone still greets me at my old rank, and in the stats menu I'm still listed as a councelman. I realize you probalby have no better ideas then me about this but I'm going to put it out here anyway.
