So there's this (
https://www.bundlestars.com/en/promotions/sega-genesis-pick-mix) bundle of Sega games and I realised that I don't know most of the games in there. I never owned a Sega console, although I did rent and borrow it from time to time. From the list, I've played the first Sonic game and the Streets of Rage, the Golden Axe and the Columns series, but what about the others? What games in there are worth getting?
Also, what other Sega games outside of that list are an absolute must play?

Oooh, that's a quite enticing bundle. Kid Chameleon I seem to remember enjoying. And Sonic 2, if you han't played it. Also, iirc Vectorman had pretty impressive visuals for a Genesis game.

My 2 favorite Genesis games, aside from the obvious Sonic series, are Gargoyles and Road Rash 3.

There were so many good ones for the time. Off the top of my head, all of the sonic games, story of Thor, ghosts and ghouls, eye of the beholder, dessert/jungle strike, altered beast, comix zone (as mentioned), Ecco games, golden axe, castlevania, streets of rage, batman games, shinobi games, outrun, castle of illusion, flashback, shadow of the beast...plenty more...

My favorites?
Landstalker, Beyond Oasis, Gunstar Heroes, Ecco the Dolphin (get the CD version if it's offered), Ristar, All the Sonics - especially 2, Shining Force 2.
