Can someone just confirm this isn't possible for me?

I was thinking last night about 'unusual' enchantments and alternative ways to attack and i suddenly started wondering about the Mark and Recall spells.

If you enchant a sword with recall (cast on strike) then use a strong levitate spell to ascend as far as you can into the sky and cast Mark would this allow you to kill an enemy by teleporting them a mile up into the sky and waiting for the splat?

I suppose this depends on whether 'Mark' marks your exact position or simply your position on the ground...
