If someone could please give me a quick lesson on what these are and how to use them.
Thanks.

ok, pay attention....
mark and recall: mark marks a location that the player will be transported to when he/she/it casts the recall spell
bound items: a summon bound dagger spell for example will replace whatevers in your right hand with a deadric dagger enchanted with fortify short blade for X amout of seconds, commonly used when you need a more powerfull weapon than you have or if you dont feel like lugging the real thing around. oh, and theres a summon spell for just about all deadric weapons, except for katanas, di-katanas, tantos and wazashsisains or however thats spelled
hope that helps

Mark sets an 'X' on your map, Recall warps you back to that X whenever you cast Recall (note: you don't have to mark after every recall; the mark stays there until you cast mark someplace else). You can only have one X-mark at a time though.
Bound items are simply weightless versions of Daedric items (Daedric armor is the best non-unique armor, btw). On top of that, each bound item comes with a fortify skill effect that varies depending on what item it is. Overall, it's a pretty decent deal.
