Clearly, a) the combination of a group wish for three people who have virtually nothing to do with each other, b) the fact that you are doing this admittedly because you "checked" the birthday list rather than actually knowing their birthdays yourself, c) the healthy dose of self-serving congratulations for being the only one to do so, and d) the fact that you "just love other people's birthdays" quite plainly shows that you are offering these birthday wishes out of a profound and deep friendship for each of these young men.
