Technology in general. Don't tell anyone I know that I told you, but very soon a MEMS motor will be released that's only a couple millimeters in diameter and thrusts at a million rpm. I can't imagine there's much torque in them, but they're in development and will be extremely useful in flight toys and any robotics.
