In keeping with Eidos seeking to revive its franchises, they have contracted Raven Software to create a reimagining of the first game. This will be released separately to Deus Ex 3 in much the same fashion as Tomb Raider Anniversary.

Not sure how far away the full release is, but I think there is a demo version available for download.
