The future of our food supply is in question, after it was discovered that our honey bees are dying off. I never heard of this until now, though.

The move toward E85 Ethanol Gasoline requires a shit ton of land that would ordinarily be used for regular old food growing to be dedicated to grain for ethanol production.
Which is something I said would be problematic back when everyone was saying ethanol would be the solution to the energy crisis, but whatever.

No it doesnt, corn subsidies do.
And I believe you have it backwards, grain land was switched to corn for ethonol.
I think its been universally agreed apon by scientists and what not that corn sucks nads at making ethonol. Its just a classic example of our politicians cocking it all up.
