if theres a way to un-enchant items, them mayb u hav a chance......but i cant think of any ways for how to un-enchant an item, but if u can, (Which i honestly think is impossible) then the only way to enchant it would be by using a sigil stone:confused: not sure tho, sum1 confirm plz.

I think the Mage's Guild quest is the only time you'll be able to pick an enchantment for a staff.

Not to my knowledge, unless anyone else is aware of an unenchanted staff that I've missed?
Mind you, could you summon another one with the console, and perhaps enchant it with a sigil stone or Altar of Enchanting? Anyone?

No. I tried to enchant my "unfinished staff" the first time I got it, and it's not player-enchantable.

You can actually enchant a staff, You need the everscamp staff and you do something to it before you drop it. Forgoten what you do, but it can be used to enchant a staff.
