All right.. this is getting annoying. Deus Ex has random lockups (the screen turns black, but music still plays for some reason...) ever since I've installed it on my computer. I have the GOTY edition (from Sold Out). Anyone know how to fix this? And I've re-installed it, doesn't help.

Windows XP SP 2
AMD Athlon XP 2500+
Geforce FX 5200 256 mb
Sound Blaster audigy 2 zs
1 gig pc3200 ram
Matsonic MS8147 C+ motherboard

Edit: When it lockups, only way to close it is alt-tab out and then close it.
