You couldn't pay me enough money to work for Mr. Ramsey.

I don't know about her abilities, but she's goddamn psychic about food. Actual conversation:
RBJ: I have to stop making lamb chops for dinner.
Starreh: it's not like you're stuffing them with pork fat
RBJ: ummmm
RBJ: ummmm
RBJ: I'm grilling them in the cast iron with bacon grease
RBJ: so yeah, I AM kinda stuffing them with pork fat
Starreh: you're going to hell

Two weeks ago I changed jobs and got hired on at a "genuine" Brit Fish&Chippie..(We wear t-shirts that say "It chips here, not fries, mate")...I'd love to see Ramsay stroll in one day. He'd definitley be having a couple of "Fuck my eyes" moments.
I wonder how the lot of them ever earned any money before opening a restaurant as most of them seem totally imcompetent at even the basics.
It was slightly annoying to me but at times, you're seeing a failing restaurant in the shit and unable to cope with Ramsay's changes. Then when he returns everything is all sorted out like a radical change and its onward to profitville..I'd like to see more of how they actually turn things around and maybe a bit less on the personality clashing.

Well... I'm doing a "stahge" at arguably the swankiest fine dining establishment in Brisbane this weekend, through the help of my "contacts" (lol), and I can't wait. I'm doing the evening prep/dining section so I'm going in for about 7-8 hours from the afternoon through til the end of the night and I'm really excited. Apparently I'll be getting my own apron, knives and station!! Weeehooo!
