I don't find "it's fleece was cracker as snow yo" particularly scarey.
Kinda catchy.

Interestingly, at the end of the link it says Birmingham city council (what did I tell you) tried to stop "black sheep" for real. But sense prevailed, huzzah.

Whatever it seems. It does not end there.Certain people do like to cause trouble."Nursery Rhymes" are not the only thing. Not offending has caused more problems not less. These papers like to make a big sensation out of things.
The worst offenders are those in the public sector. Why change words.
Even so some of the Rhymes are bleak I agree, but many go back centuries.Have a lot of Historical meaning to them.

I think eradicating spaces after commas and periods in nursery rhymes would be a good idea. Hell, why stop there, just get rid of the commas and periods too. Makes them much easier to read.

No. No they don't.

Why do you have to criticise. The way I have written.:(
Many of the Nursery rhymes were written about things.Like Ring a Rosie, which was about the bubonic plague in London.
I won't plague you by writing on these Forum's again.

Aww, don't go away mad. Just trying to inject a little levity into these crazy arguments.

Nope. Just following you around looking for opportunities to make cheap-shot, wise ass commentary on on other people's well thought out posts. It's more productive than lurking and I feel it lends a certain ambience to the forums. And I'm bored as hell. You know how it is. :erg:
