I wish my bandits did that. My horse can take a beating, but after I fire off a single arrow they're on me like glue.

Glue goes in your tummy, not your paper :tsktsk:
You might have gotten expelled from the Fighter's Guild because you stole from some NPC's house, and that person was a member. Or maybe you just stole something inside the guild and can't remember!

Probably best not to mention "glue" when your horse is around...

article about RAI from SA.
They also have a link to look at RAI from E3. Yeah, pretty big difference between E3 and the real game. Non-scripted my ass =P
That whole E3 thing, fucking staged. I've hit up stores 3 game minutes before closing and all they say to me is the normal greeting. I've never seen NPCs comment on their own skills (though at high levels they seem to like to tell me how much my squinty eyes make me look like a marksman or that I'm a sneaky looking sort, which is mostly lame). And that lady was psychotic: "Yes..... come upstairs with me... to um, stand, you see.... yeah." And then paralyzing and then attacking her dog?
That was pretty sad. It reminds me of the HL2 video where you push the desk infront of the door and the grunts shoot through the window for a while, just to break the door down after you hide. I've never seen that happen either.
Then again, I suppose you've got to sell something, and if it isn't the product....

I remember that video. But in HL2 that would happen, hehe.

play FEAR... that shit happens and crazier!
i went into a large server room one time (in the game), it was kinda L shaped, with waist high windows around the whole room... i entered it through the far door, and while i was bumming around with the computers, the AI shot through the glass, jumped over the waiste high wall, and half of them started coming through the wall, while the other half walked around to the other side and started coming in through the door i came into..
now THAT'S some scary good AI. i love it!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm in complete agreement for the most part regarding FEAR's AI, but I WISH they didn't feel the need to announce it in as loud a voice as possible every time the lob a 'nade.
Kinda gives the game away...

This is why I was so pissed. The AI is just ridiculous here. We were promised so much more. Guess I am a sucker, and should stop believing advertising.

See, I made the decision to pay no attention to Oblivion till release...thereby avoiding this hype and subsequent dissapointment:)
And what is this E3 thing? Any links?
