heya! After I finished the game today I skimmed through the ressource directories. Some files got my special attention: under ...\Content\dx2\AquiredDataText\English there are files named QuoteFiles??.txt (?? ranges from 1 to 14).
Those files seem to contain the quotes from the dev team (or generally from people from Ion Storm - I don't know them all by name)...
As those texts are all formatted (presumably for the game engine) I wonder where and when these could be read...
have fun with them -- one I found quite funny already:

[spoiler]On Liberty Island go into the Unatco HQ and pick the first flagpole up that you come to, it is by a drinks fountain and you can't miss it. Go into what was Manderly's office and in the back there is a toilet. Flush the toilet while holding the flagpole and you'll get taken to the level that uses those quotefiles.[/spoiler]
