I have a question about ranks....Just so you guys know I am now a master thief(so thanks for your privious help) I am also an arch-mage and on my way to being a top fighter. andway I have killed dragoth ur (the bad guy) and got rid of the blight but when I talk to the wise woman at the ashlander camp (ushuiklus-not sure of spelling) she says that I hav'nt fulfilled my prophecies???? and that I need to talk to the guy at the high fane in vivec...so I get there and he has nothing new to tell me??

Also in where my guilds are on the info menu (where it tells you what the next ranking is and what you need) It says that I am an Ashlander clan friend (had to be to finish neverine quest) how do I get to the next ranking??

You can only go a few ranks up the Ashlanders, and you do that over the course of the main quest. To get further you'll have to cheat :)

As for the Ashlander wise woman saying you haven't fulfilled the prophecies; it's a known issue with the game. Not a bug exactly, but see my earlier post on the subject:

You can just ignore it when NPC's say stuff like that-they'll shut up about it eventually :)

THis problem often happens with some characters. Just say goodbye to them and then click on them again, this time there shouldn't be any problem.:)
