Not from what I've seen. It's going to be based in the Sumerset Isles (Sunset? I'm not terribly good with names.) I hope they have something in the game like that in Fable where your character physically ages, you can cut his hair, add his tattoos. And to get completely off topic, Fable looks COOL. You get battle scars and everything. People in towns will actually hide from you based on your reputation, or follow you in the streets. If you hurt a kid and then come back years later, the kid will have a scar where you hurt him. You get tanned as well and depending on how hard you work, your muscles grow or shrink. At the end of the game you're an old man though, and I'm not looking forward to that... An old man weilding a sword? Not much style there.

So why not pick up a copy of Fable when it comes out? It'll keep you entertained before TESIV (That's a four for people who dunno roman numerals.)
