[SPOILER]The Morag Tong assassin will give you poisoned bittergreen petals. Take the petals and find the target's house in Balmora (it's near Caius's house). Go into the house and find the cooking pot. Right click on it and it will ask if you want to put the petals in. Be careful you're not seen breaking in or you'll be reported.[/SPOILER]
