I have pissed off Fyr I killed some of his "wives" I went to talk to him once to see if he had any spells to buy. He went at me cause I killed someone dear to him... after I killed him it gave me the box about how I killed someone who will help change to world.
(you know what i mean)
So my question is. What else do I have to do with him after he cures me?
Also.
I am a weak Orc (only when it comes to spells) I am at level 44 but my powers will only go up to a hundred. is there any way to enchanet something to make it higher?
money is no issue for me.

no, after he cure you you don't need him. Not for the main quest atleast.
To make that kind of enchanments you need
1 soulgem filled with a 400 + soul
2 a fortify skill spell
3 money ,50 and more should do.
4 an enchanter , try the mage's guilds.

yep. Whenever you make a new NPC you can check a box if the NPC is important.
Checking this box will display this massage should the NPC die. There is no "unchecking" of this box done so the message will always apear even after the NPC have played it's part.

I believe you need Divayth Fyr for the House Telvanni quests too.
