Do plants and such reset? That is, once harvested a mucksponge or collop, will there be more once I come back?

Yeah, plants do, dunno about kollops. I can't remember the time it takes for them to regenerate, but I think its a month or so.

Just FYI, kollops do too; the editor's docs say the respawn rate is 4 months, but that may be inaccurate.
