if you are kingsin or somthing in house halliu you can build a plantation or somthing like it, theirs a house for you with ebony darts and lots of different stuff. then you get a wall around it with another house but no one lives thier. you also get a mind with workers. my question is what do you do with it, do you get people to move into the plantation or somthing. and how do you get the money from your mine.

The house is build you as your high enough in Hlaalu order, think of it as a status symbol. You wont get any money from the mine, its meant to create income for The Great House of Hlaalu. And when the Odai Plateau is fully finished there will be couple more houses with inhabitant in them. You wont get any citizens to walk in the are like in towns etc.

do you get guards because it says you can only hire 10 guards on the contract from the duke

I think the guards come automatically, but i never got a second upgrade to my house since i killed someone who i needed to finish a hlaalu quest :erg:

no you don't get anymore guards. Just the one you hired to kill the guys in the cave, he sticks around. There is a guy in your tower he MAY be a guard but he doesn't do much. Infact no one there does much.
