*nod* It's explained pretty thoroughly that you're effectively branded as belonging to a given House once you join it. There's a bug w/ the Duke (over at Ebonheart) that lets you into Hlaalu (and lets you get free promotions), but there's no other such beastie I've heard of for the other Houses.

if your in house telvanni you can get expelled over and over again, and you can keep rejoining with no cost. just look at their rules, i like their rules
