When you use the Spy Drone's detonation on a bot, and the bot becomes disabled, is it disabled indefinitely, or only for a while?
Oh another question, how do you kill bots? Explosions work splendidly, but I'm more of a 'stealthy' player, and explosions are usually last on my list. Does the prod work?

Noticed the Dragon Tooth kills bots... can you confirm this? It's not silent though, and you get hurt, right?
Spy Drones vs. Cameras: The camera goes all crazy and turns yellow when hit with a spy drone explosion. Does the camera stay this way indefinitely?
EMP 'Nades vs. cameras and bots. Do the bots and cameras stay off indefinitely if hit with an EMP nade?
Do EMP blasts affect anything else besides cameras, turrets and bots? What about those 'agent' guys? They look sort of half-robotic to me, so are they affected?
Care to explain how the heart implant aug works?
I believe that's all! I hope you can help

If the bot reads "Disabled" at the top, it's disabled indefinately. It won't wake up on you again, it's effectively neutralized. Unfortunately, not the same with cameras and turrets. They go wacky for a period of time depending on how much EMP damage they took, but will eventually fix themselves.
Most regular weapons kill bots, it just takes a long time. The Dragon's Tooth is fun, but when a bot explodes, it does splash damage, so you do get hurt.
EMP attacks hurt anything electronic, including you, since you're half electronic in a way. I'm not sure if they affect MIB's or other "human" AI's, but if you throw any sort of grenade at them, they tend to run anyway.
If you have Synthetic Heart, turning it on effectively increases the rest of your augmentation tech levels by one. Still a maximum of Tech 4 though.

I don't think it affects human AI at all, I've tried it, they don't die or get hurt or anything. They run away, but come back.
I have tried EMP nades and Spy Drones on the MIB guys, or opposed augmented enemies (the ones that have shields). Doesn't seem to actually hurt them. I believe it drains their shields, and some that can cloak, well, it lowers the amount of time they can do so. Well, at least I think so, seems logical, though I haven't confirmed it.
Thanks for the answers, Deiyen. I kinda figured the answers were that anyway, just wanted it confirmed. I tried killing a bot with a silenced pistol, it took forever! I think I'll just disable them with my Spy Bot, since it's the most silent... besides merely sneaking past them, of course!

You could also try turning them off, most bots ive encountered have some sort of security control. except for new york & China.
Stealth is by far the most rewarding way to play, also the most satisfying.

If you have the targeting AUG, you can actually see the 'bot take damage from small arm fire, but it's so little as to be impractical.
EMP works primarily on 'bots and cameras/turrets (temporay effect). It has little effect on most humans, but I supposed heard someone saying that it affects the commando's suit somewhat. I tried emping a coupla augs chars in fights and I found that if they're cloaked, it temporay disables their cloak; but doesn't stop them from recloaking shortly after (I assume they recharge using a biocell and carry on as before ...). EMP only hurts the protagonist by draining his bioenergy (spiders apparently use some sorta electricity attack that both damages and drains bioenergy).
EMPing a 'bot is the 'silent' way of dealing with a bot; the emp attack doesn't make much noise, but the disabled 'bot is left in one piece and enemy troops would notice them easily. A few 'bots in certain places are linked to security computers and can be turned off through them.
Dragon's Tooth can be used to do substancial damage to 'bots, but unfortunately, the small and medium 'bots will turn around quickly and fill you with lead first, spiders will zap you. The large assault bot is too slow in turning, and with a little patience you can keep running behind them and cut them into scrap metal. If you're quick, you can take out the small Spider 'bots before they electrocute you more than a coupla times.
Stealth is by far the easiest way to play, especially on the higher difficulty levels. But have a guns-blazing fight here and there can be fun. I just had a skirmish a day ago on an open street with three troopers, a commando and an assault bot all together ... managed to survive the fight 1st time round, but reloaded just because it was a spur-of-the moment thing.

Yeah a big open fight can be lots of fun, but my skills, weapons and augs just aren't built for that. :D I'm good with pistols, rifles, and only carry a silenced pistol, crossbow and silenced sniper rifle. No big guns for me :P
So using an EMP 'nade on 'bots is silent? I tried using the Spy Drone EMP blast on them, and nearby guards always seemed to hear it, even if they couldn't see the disabled bot. Luckily when using the spy drone, I'm always hidden somewhere, where they can't see me.
Great game. The only problem was that Direct3D seems to crash a lot. No longer a problem, I use the upgraded OpenGL: looks just as good (if not, better)!
