I'm currently in the middle of Skink in Tree's wise woman quest, and I've been directed to the Falvo Ancestral Tomb by the Ahemmusa wise woman for a possible candidate. Problem is, I've already looted that tomb some time ago, and the wise woman's apprentice (Minabibi Assardarainat) ended up as collateral damage (or, more accurately, she got in the way of an area effect spell). I didn't think it was a big deal at the time, and I assumed that she had no involvment in any faction quests, but it looks like assumptions can be dangerous things...
My question is: can I bring her back using the console? I'm fairly certain that there is a command for ressurecting NPC's, but I could be wrong. From what I've seen, there's no way to cancel the quest (I've tried talking with both Skink and the Ahemmusa wise woman), and this could end up halting my advancement in the Mage's Guild, since all of Skink's other quests are effectively on hold until this one is completed. So, if there is a way to bring her back, please let me know. Thanks. :)

There is a console command to resurrect her, BUT, I reached top Mage without completing that quest so you can do it. Go to Vivec or another Mages Guild and ask for duties elsewhere. Often times, if you go to other guildes, another person will help you advance even if you screw up by killing someone important to advancement -- just don't get caught killing a fellow/future faction member.

I wouldn't even bother trying to resurrect her; it's a bit unreliable on AIs, sometimes. Instead, try this:
placeatpc "minabibi assardarainat", 1, 128, 0
If you really want to try though, try this:
"minabibi assardarainat"->resurrect

Thanks a lot, Forsythe, your first console command did the trick. :)
Howie- I know that there are other quest givers for the Mages' Guild, but since this is only Skink's third quest, I wouldn't have liked to leave him flapping in the breeze and miss out on all of his later duties.
