So what's the deal here? I always knew Dethtoll got a bit overly agitated by the usual Evaunit and Koki antics, but I assumed his strokerage fuckstorm outbursts were mostly tongue in cheek. Whatever they got into, it must've been harsh if he's bailed on the board.

Well dethtoll has been logging in every day, so he isn't banned. Dunno what is going on. He knows how to contact me, and if he wanted me to know, he probably would tell me. I miss him. CommChat's resident rager title has been passed on to SubjEff and it isn't the same :( :lol:

Scots's summary is pretty much it. I hope this is just a temporary thing he'll be able to deal with and come back soon.
Also, I'd love to have followed in buglunch's wake but I haven't found the right blend of psychoactive drugs and wholesome insect bits to ingest yet, though I am confident I'll hit upon that magic cocktail just as soon as I find the fabled bach lobster.

The sheer fractal density of references in the average buglunch sentence is too much for anyone to reproduce. Actually Noid could probably manage it, but then declare it all horrific bullshit and post in caps for a while or something just to clear it out of his system.
I can't remember why buggy annoyed some people so much. (or even if he did for that matter)

I talked to Buglunch once or twice on ICQ back in the day. He wanted to do something with Unreal Tournament if I remember correctly, so we swapped info and had a few chats.
Now I could barely decipher half the crap that constituted one of his posts. It was like reading Burroughs...if Burroughs were a hippie and did alot more drugs. But when you talked to him in person, he was perfectly normal. Well, saying he was perfectly normal might be stretching it a bit, but it's close enough to it that I could understand him a good 95% of the time. Either way, it shocked the shit out of me.
