Found the center of the Puzzle Canal. How do I get in? "Breathe the Waters of His Glory and the Way is made clear," it says. I've tried Vivec's Kiss, water breathing potions, and Reyno's Fins, all with the Travel-Stained Pants, yet the barrier remains impenetrable.
