Psychonauts and Xbox360 controller

I've just reinstalled Psychonauts and am playing it with my Xbox360 controller - which is fine enough for a while, but somehow the right analog stick isn't recognised, which makes e.g. aiming pretty difficult. I haven't been able to find any solutions on the web. Has anyone here played the game with this controller and managed to make full use of it?

I use (http://electracode.com/4/joy2key/JoyToKey%20English%20Version.htm) Joy2Key for any game that doesn't support the full spread of my 360 controller. If you can, leave everything as is, but map mouse controls to the right analog stick. That should do you.

When I used my 360 controller Psychonauts detected it and automatically assigned the right joystick to the camera... I don't know what the problem could be. Have you tried the (http://xbcd360guide.50webs.com/) XBCD drivers?

Joy2Key is an outdated, prehistoric relic. Use Xpadder instead.

Also XBCD drivers only work on wired controllers, not on wireless + receiver.

Ah, I didn't know that. Before I even had a 360 I bought an open-box wired controller just because it was cheap and in good shape. I guess I was using that one to play Psychonauts.

I did, yes. It's weird, though, how the right stick is recognised for some functions but not for others... Still, it's working and it plays better than with the mouse. :)
