please work on the readability of your posts. In particular punctuation, spelling, and avoiding run-on sentences. Also, ellipsis abuse...
As for what I managed to understand of your post, no, SHODAN had no influence on Goggles' implanted cyber-rig, because she used (the identity of) Polito and her authority to get someone else to do the surgery as far as I know. At least that's what I recall from one of the first logs you find about someone noticing the player has illegal implants before goggles is frozen.
