Anybody know when the projected release date of Deus Ex 2 is? I mean.... after its original date of 6/14, I've completely lost track. I NEED that sweet goodness in me!

EB has it listed as 10/14. I seem to recall reading an article somewhere that had Warren Spector saying October was very likely, so it's probably a safe bet. Of course we all know how reliable PC release dates can be, so take from it what you will. :ebil:

Oh GOD! I can just feel Alex Denton turning into the dukester FOREVER! I mean, it was just slated to come out last month! I can't wait that long!

hah its got a few years of being delayed to go before it can be classed in the same catogory as DNF

The new date is December 2. That'll probably change again, though, since Ion is more concerned with the quality of the end product instead of satisfying some corporate bean-counter by shipping on time. Which is the way it should be.
Bad for us that we have to wait, but good in every other way. After all, this ain't MOO III we're talking about.

There is no date. Never been a date. The only official is "2003". But I saw a rumor a few days ago about "June 2004", but I don't belive that one.

This isn't etched in granite, of course, but dates never, EVER, slip backwards; if something's scheduled for December, it just might ship in December. Or January. Or March. But never October or November.
In other words, December is now the earliest that we should expect DX2.
BTW, has anyone seen the box art? It's hideous.
