It says its out now, however I can't figure out a way to download it and not sure if I'll be able to run it even if I can. I can't even play DE because I ran over the disk with my chair even though the game is on my hard drive. I can however, play TNM which I'm doing now with no problems with the disk not in the drive.

If you can happily play mods you should be able to play the vanilla game. Have you deleted/ammended the CDPath=C: line in deusex.ini? (i.e. changing it to "CDPath=" or deleting it altogether)
Failing that, try various launchers (kentie's is the current favourite, I believe), which might bypass disc requirements. It really shouldn't need a disc.
