More likely we'll all be sucked up in the inevitable shitstorm/ absolute bliss that will be HR's after party.

Tragically, that's exactly what I'm thinking is gonna happen to this. As much as I want to play it, I almost wish they'd wait another month to release it. By then, everyone will be coming down from DX:HR, and might be looking for more of the same. If it comes out shortly afterwards, it'll garner a helluva lot more attention, and won't get lost in the fray going up against the newest game in the series.

You're in love with those emoticons, aren't you?
Right now, they're probably doing some last minute bugchecks, and running through the translated script again. Chances are good it'll be released within the next couple days or so.

I happen to speak Russian and I really enjoyed 2027, although it's nowhere near as epic as the original Deus Ex of course, mainly because of weaker level design and lack of voice dialogues. But for those who have replayed Deus Ex more than once and want to play something new in the Deus Ex universe, 2027 is a must play.

It definitely warrants a download and playthrough once its anglified. If it's even half as good as the nameless mod...
