If you mean the ones in the corporate district, I poked around in there for far too long. It was only after I had explored the whole thing and made a mental map that I remembered I had a map all along.
Some parts of it have no value other than pointless exploration, such as the WC part with all the vents and spiderbots.
The green greasels are pretty easy if you have Trestkon's Pistols with some pistol skills and the Environmental Resistance aug. They seemed easier than in DX. The red greasels on the other hand...

Woops, I killed ZeroPresence. He was frustrating me to no end so I put a laser mine next to an exploding barrel and legged it.
Loving the EMP pistol, and really enjoyed infiltrating WorldCorp. The SS2 mission felt a little too linear for my tastes, but was still well done and plenty nostalgic.
I'm on the second day now, just visited PDX to get the next mission.

I will say this, though. From the screenshots, this looks to be the best use of the original Unreal Engine I've seen. It's absolutely beautiful.
