I'm having difficulty working out how to get rid of the ghost permanently from the haunted room in Sadrith Mora. I figure I have to find a person who keeps summoning the ghost, but can't seem to track down anyone who'll tell me what I need to know. Anyone?

I had a little trouble tracking this person down as well, due to the fact that [SPOILER]I completely missed the council chamber[/SPOILER]
The order I did it was this:
[SPOILER]first I killed the ghost, not reading the text properly and realising it was useless. I went and told the guy with the hospitality papers and he told meto talk to a person (the name should be in your journal) I tracked her down in the council chambers (eventually) she will give you a name of a mage in Wolverine Hall. Talk to the mage - quest virtually over.[/SPOILER]
