Telvanni bugmusk, fortify personality potions and scrolls and spells, charm humanoid spells... Did you try going directly to the wise woman of the camp also? If you personality attribute is very high, even your enemies talk to you. And charm humanoid works wonders in some situations.

erm...
would you consider "Personality 43" to be "high"?
I guess not...
Is Personality an attribute I can train?
Or..where do I get those "Charming Spells" from?

No 43 personality is really low. The highest natural is 100, and of course enchantments can make it higher.
Check mage guilds and telvannis for the fortify attribute spells (any will do) then have a spellmaker make you a fortify personality 100pts for some duration spell. That should do it.
Don't forget the charm humanoid spell. You can also find that one at any number of places.

thx a lot..but right now, there´s another problem:
I found some charmin spell...charm 30pts for 30secs...YET:
It is listed in the spells section in the inventory...but the problem is, the cost-chance relation is: 225/0...
Problem:
Intelligence: 83
=> Magicka: 83
[I know, I know...it´s low.
When I started plain with this char, I wanted to be a fighter...just a fighter...
But soon, there was enough money to buy trainings...
Now I´m "pretty" good at...well all those "schools"( Alteration, Restoration, etc..), I "bought" Marksman Skills as I wanted to be able to use a longbow( just like Garrett...:cool: )...]
So now..is there a possibility to well...to get this spell working? at least, for me?
I mean, I don´t want to cheat, so I´d like to learn, how I can get as much magicka as I need...I mean....I don´t really know TES3 so well...
Now why is my amount of magicka so low?
And what can I do about it...?

well...does this post "insinuate", that a level of 225pts of Magicka cannot be reached without "superhuman efforts"?

I can´t reach the level of 225 pts of Magicka without any potions...BUT...is it possible, when using/wearing an enchanted itam..like...dunno...."multiply Intelligence 3x"

I wanted to create an enchanted item. I know HOW to do it , generally...
BUT, what I want to do, is a bit different...
I´ve got my Daedric Longsword, and I want it to paralyze my enemy when it hits´im...
what option do I have to choose?
On Self/ On Touch/ On Target?
Because...when I first enchanted my sword, I had to ready magic, to cast the paralyzing-spell, which is something I don´t want to do...I want the Sword to hit my enemy, and paralzye the enemy in the same time...
How´s that possible?

u can ask a spellmaker to customise the spell as u want... so, u can make another spell for a few seconds only(it will be enough for talking to a single person and a longer spell will be a waste of magicka) that way it will cost much much less than 225. also, just check which school the spell is from, and just train yourself for that school (ie: if it is (lets say) mysticism, go find a mage that trains mysticism... u will pay a good sum for a good level of mysticism but u may need it later as well) if u train in that school, your chance will increase...
also, u should have some spells/item/scrolls for CHARMING as well. u can use it if someone attacks u and u have to stop them. so u can keep the spells/potions/scrolls/items that fortifies PERSONALITY for only the person u have to speak and persuade. bug musks are very good of course... u should get some... the only person that i'm sure she has is the alchemist under skar in ald ruhn. also she has most of them around... like on the tables, shelves etc... so there are at least ten of them lying around for u to steal. u can find musk in many ather places as well though.
one more thing, if u havent found it yet, wait until u find the daedric crescent before u enchant your sword with "paralyze"... or dont wait, just go and get it now... if u want a spoiler, just search it here or just check the thread "what's your favourite weapon?" to learn where it is... because i'm too lazy to even use the spoiler tool now... i've already wrote a whole page...

well...only today I spent about 60k of gold just for training...
Mysticism, Alteration, dEstruction...everything...even my custom-spells work now!:D
But I still ask myself how to get 225 Magicka to spare...
