Problem - Silent Sounds still playing

How do I stop the silent sounds from playing? It's giving me grief because it means that sometime so many are on the go that there are no footstep or door opening sounds.
Most of the sounds listed on the screenshot are on the other sides of the map, and a lot of zones away, and none of the -100 volumes can be heard, the other two can be though, but barely since they are through doors, though we are standing right beside a silent torch which should be making noises and isn't.

I also have this problem. When I play my maps I get no sound :(. Tell me when you get an answer. :)

Hm... can you disable the sounds on volumes using scripts? It'd be annoying to set up, but I can't think of anything else.
