Hey guys,
I've been playing Deus Ex for ages (The Game of the Year Edition) and I've got pretty far but I'm constantly plagued by some weird bug. It's random but during play I'll sometimes get a blank black screen out of nowhere (my HUD is still visible) and I can't move. Sometimes I can get out of it but other times I have to reboot my PC. Any ideas whats going on? I've got Direct X 9, Athlon XP 2000, Geforce4 TI 4400, 512MB RAM, SB Audigy. I am wondering if its a hardware conflict?

I know this post is a year old, but recently I too have been plagued by this blank screen. Anyone have a solution?
Specs:
p4 2.6 ghz w/HT
geforce fx 5600 ultra w/ 56.03 drivers
win xp w/sp1

I HAVE THAT BUG TO I GET IT SOMETIMES :confused:

i got the same as the guy who posted frist and i get it to but i pacthed up my game and it was fixed :thumb:
