Damn, that's messed up. Hmm. The only thing I can really add right now is, that I've found that clipping has occurred off the grid sometimes, even though I had snap to grid on, so maybe look at all of your brushes, one by one (surely there aren't more than a few hundred?), at maximum zoom. I found numerous ones that were off by like 0.1 of 1 unit, and had to re-clip them, because I wouldn't have been able to sleep otherwise. So I guess it could be possible that some of the faces are twisted. But, it sounds like both of you guys have the grid thing down fine. Hmm.

Okay, I was checking out these errors:
Quote:
The following errors have been found:
Geometry is non-convex!
Vertices exist that are used by fewer than three triangles!
Edges exist that are not used exactly two times, each time in opposite directions!
Geometry is not fully connected!
and I found that they are all caused by static meshes. I tracked them all down and deleted them so that error does not appear in my log anymore, but I still get the Victoria error and crash, :weird: so I feel it's safe to say that the Geometry errors are not related to the crashes.
Where to look next? :tsktsk:
By the by, maybe someone with Max can check out the meshes for Bread, Porkleg, Washbowl, Hanging Lantern and all Inn Columns and see if they're screwed up. These were the ones that caused my Geometry errors. :p
