:( Every time I try to send a private message on TTLG now, my Internet Explorer crashes and comes up with the "Send Error Report" thingy, and the supposed recipients do not receive the messages.
I get to the stage where I've typed the message but it crashes when I "Send" the message.
The problem still occurs after a re-format of Windows. Could it be a (silly bugger) Windows XP Service Pack 2 thing?
Any other ideas what could be wrong? Anyone else having the problem under XP?

Having just tested it, I can say that PMs work for me under IE6 on Windows XP Service Pack 2.
May I suggest that at the compose PM screen you press Ctrl+F5 to do a hard refresh and grab a new version of all the files, rather than relying on cached copies. I've suggested this because last week I upgraded the forums to the latest version which has a different set of files to the previous version.

Maybe you/the recipient have more than 100 messages? I think there's a limit.
edit - ah didn't see it went as far as crashing the browser, sorry.

Well I regularly clear my Temp Internet Files cache so I don't know what does it.
I actually sent one to you the other day David, but it crashed then, and you never replied, so you couldn't have got it.
Oh well, I'll mess about and try to sort it out. Thanks guys.
edit* Oh also: The messages appear in my "Sent Items" folder. *
