OK, cracked the ini file & changed PS=0 to PS-1, but where are they 'saved'?

In your Morrowind folder.
They will most likely be 'Screenshot1.bmp' etc.

Don't forget that the ini file setting is 'Screen Shot Enable'. It should already be there, you just have to change it from =0 to =1.
