The sky/sunset in the second one is what I'm all about. I love a good sunset. The day is waining and yet it feels like something big is coming. Its like you can almost see the edge, almost see the other side.

steo I have a request, can you get a really big picture of a parking lot at sunset? Try to use an angle that leaves out the cars but leaves in the big lightpoles. I have a particular fascination with that particular subject that borders on fetish. Those photos you posted are great, I love the dichotomy of the warm sky but cold ground.

Thanks for the encouraging words.
I'll try and have a bit of an explore around Brighton and see if I can find anywhere suitable, I can't promise anything, but I've been out wandering with the camera around sunset for the last three days, so I'll probably be out tomorrow as well, despite the fact that I desperately need to stop procrastinating and get on with some bloody work. With a bit of luck, it'll snow Ragnarok over the next few days, uni will get cancelled next week, I'll get deadline extensions and I can spend my time wandering the snow-carpeted streets at sunset... instead doing all the work I should have already done.
Also, I forgot to mention in my last post: that's a fantastic shot, jay.

I wish I could claim I shot these myself. Alas, 'tis not so.

Steo, that second picture again is very cool. Looks like a candle is being lit in the center. I love a good grave yard.
